The behavioral styles assessment asks a series of questions that provide insights into the differences in people, particularly your own. There are no right or wrong answers on this assessment.
The results of your assessment are compiled in a 23-page Behavioral Styles Assessment report, offering both a better understanding of behavioral styles in general, as well as information about your own unique behavioral style. The report focuses on the four dimensions of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance and how they combine to create a behavioral pattern that is distinctive for each person.
Behavioral Assessments can be ordered independently, but are also included as part of our Foundational Training, Professional Development and Sales Training courses.
